Called then out but had to provide a dollar amount up front thst could be charged- lo and behold I said $500 and the total was $460 BUIy didn’t fix the issue. Within half a day when we realized it was not going take two hours to cool, we had to beg them to come back which they initially said would be another $99 charge when they had told me they had a warranty AND you didn’t fix the initial problem which still remained despite paying nearly $500. The guy then says oh the circuit breaker popped- but didn’t investigate why! So it pops agsin and neither of these calls resulted in the inside unit or the Freon being checked !!! So again the unit didn’t work despite the circuit breaker being on. So the third call and they finally open the panel go yhecinsude unit and sat - oh this is leaking everywhere- you need a new unit inside and outside -?that will be about $4400. And by the way you shouldn’t be running this at all - it’s not safe.
No checking the Freon agsin!

So no thorough check of basic items at first call : then each additional call with no resolution until thousands of dollars option.
