Apt #2, 616 22nd St, Arlington had to have A/C repair. I provided the tenant and telephone number. But technician only had Apt #1 telephone number which did not require service. It turned out that Modern Mechanical has a computer glitch that does not allow a separation of the two apartments. Problem solved when I provided the technician with the telephone number of tenant in apt #2.
Tenant in Apt #1 would not know about the problem in Apt #2 and would not be able to open Apt #2 basement door for the technician to do the work. Hope you can resolve this problem to provide separate names and phone numbers for different apartments on your computer.
