I spoke with the owner of the company and set up a preliminary appt to solve an a/c issue and to get set up with a maintenance plan for my commercial HVAC system for my restaurant. The technician came out, and determined that he could not access the unit that needed work. He didn't even try. We had no a/c on a busy hot weekend, and this guy says they'll have to come back Monday with more people/equipment. I'm sure it wasn't a coincidence that it was a gorgeous Friday and we were his last job of the day...

I had another company come out, and they were able to not only access the unit, but fix the problem in less than an hour.

Needless to say, we are not setting up a maintenance plan with this company, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Our business has been earned by another company.
