Not sure what 1 hour refers as it took 3 days to attempt to repair.
Tech could not diagnose the problem and returned the 2nd day. Problem fixed then demanded payment from the tenant. I have marked on my accounts to not collect from the tenant's but to call to get my credit card number for billing. This has happened twice so a miscommunication is present. Also asked twice for a review of the charges and to date no return phone call.
