Not sure if same personnel would be better than a different person coming every time of service call which might have avoided a couple years of a non working bacteria killing light. See above. WAs told the light would make for a healthier air flow, but with it not working and not being replaced on schedule, who knows what the quality was. This is nothing against the technician who discovered this, but the previous one{s} who didn't replace it.
