Replaced our original to our house furnace. No communication when asked about information on additional products. No follow up phone calls. I called the office the morning of to confirm when a tech would come to install the furnace and I was scheduled for that day. No one ever called to say they were on the way. Terrible communication and this wasn't the first issue with them. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but now have changed providers. Would not recommended.
