The technician, George, was fantastic. He completed my scheduled maintenance and installed my new thermostat. He was knowledgeable and very patient when setting up the wifi portion took me longer than anticipated. The recommendation rating is not based on this last appointment but others that were less than satisfactory. If only using the last appointment experience, I would have given 5 stars across the board.
