Only minor complaint I have is on the invoicing end. There is no breakdown of labor vs material and when requested, it was hard to get the labor hours put on the invoice. I kept being told it is flat rate, which I understand, and that they have no way of doing this. It is a simple matter to deduct the tax and material from the total and divide the remainder by the number of hours taken. I need this on our invoices for our accounting and leadership review.
