On 11/25/2017 my hot water heater stopped working. I called and within one-hour (Saturday afternoon) Victor and Preston were at my home replacing it with a new Bradford White 50-gallon unit. They were friendly, professional, and didn't mind explaining things during the removal/installation process. I asked if I could take pictures and they agreed.
