Wayne from DRW is awesome! I recommend all my friends to him. He's honest. He'll tell you what needs to be done first, and he knows not everybody is made of money and has millions of dollars to spend as they please. He'll itemize repairs like this too, taking into consideration both cost and importance of repair. He's great!
