Matt arrived right on schedule and began a test of the condensing unit. He asked to see the air handler, but I was reluctant to have him check it because it us located in the crawl space under the house. The space is difficult to access and it has a dusty, dirt floor. Matt said it would be no problem and he set out to check the handler. I was impressed with his desire to do a thorough check of the system.
