After a very heavy rain, our sump pump ceased to work. The basement quickly flooded but Dan Roble responded when our usual plumber was occupied elsewhere. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly but also recommended future preventative measures. Dan assured that all appliances were dry including the furnace and water heater.
