During a routine AC checkup, a new capacitor was recommended, purchased, and installed due to probability the old one would soon quit working. Unfortunately, wires were installed backwards. Unit was making a weird noise and would run a few minutes then cut off. House reached 80 degrees and sick husband started throwing up.
I can't praise Adam, the night on call tech, who came to check it out that evening. He immediately saw the problem, fixed it, and got the AC running great. He was so nice, too.
Albright may make a mistake occasionally but they are stand behind their service and are very accommodating. I highly recommend them!
