Albright’s promptly responded to a service call on a Friday, and unfortunately the problem was more extensive and they had to return the following week to make permanent repairs. The office made sure we had a back up shower available before scheduling the service for the following Wednesday, and it gave me a few days to purchase my own faucets, as well as an added sink for a change-out in another bathroom. Larry and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. They cut a very neat hole in the drywall to access the plumbing, and covered it up with an access panel when done. They also changed out an old sink/vanity in another bathroom with a wall hung sink. Everything was neatly done and cleaned up completely. While they were there, Larry also helped me figure out the source of some black, oily specks in the water from the kitchen faucet. And though not planned, agreed to take a lunch break while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet, and then came back to replace it same day. The faucet’s built in braided spray hose had deteriorated, and was the source of the problem. I was thankful it wasn’t in the water supply, and it was nice to have two friendly and flexible workers to deal with, as well as an accommodating office staff.
