I was happy to get my unit repaired quickly, I felt after the service was done the charge for the part was unspecified until I received my bill and then upsetting. The up charge on the part was ridiculous. I am a first time customer and I felt a little taken advantage of as a female. I just wondered if I had been a man and knew a little about what they were doing would a $17 to $25 part at Lowe's or Home Depot cost me $154. On top of the $95 service call fee, I felt this was just a bit high. However, I thank you guys for helping me out. I would recommend but just warn to ask more questions about pricing.
