Very nice office personal and Rudy the tech was very nice. Answered all my questions. With that said, I am very disappointed with them. I was given a time when they would arrive on 2 separate occasions. The 2nd time they were 2 hrs late. The last time they called and cancelled with me over an hour later. I lost 6 hours of work and they still aren't sure what my problem is. I took a service policy with them the first time they came out for 2 yrs. Once that service contract is up I will not use them again. I found someone who knew what my problem was and it's not going to cost me $500 to fix. Very, very disappointed with this company. Sorry I'll take my business elsewhere.
