Two visits. Both great!
We had two visits: the first was our initial call - concerning a noise in our unit. The initial contact was quick to offer help & explained that someone would contact us that day in the afternoon. That occurred & the gentleman arrive as he indicated. The serviceman listened to our complaint, investigated the units & then explained his evaluation. He filled our unit with Freon, changed our thermostat & answered all our questions. A few days following we called again because we were concerned and out the reading in the thermostat.
Again, nice initial contact & assurance that someone would call. The techs arrived & it was a matter of our not fully understanding how the new thermostat operated. They took their time to explain& left when we had all their urconcerns & questions answered.
