I can't recommend a better contractor out there.

A very solid company with an excellent old fashioned work ethic and reasonable prices to boot. Maybe even the best prices, all things considered. I spent a lot of years in the Home improvement industry as a general contractor and worked a number of years with a major engineering firm dealing with subs of all types, It is a pleasure to come across one that cares as much as I do for a job well done and workmen who take pride in their work. Don Albright is the second generation in this business and has the same dedication to excellence his father had that made this business what it is today. A great company and to top it off the best of the bids I received and I took bids from 5 contractors. Something else I was considering several plans for this old house which is hot water heat and no duct work and limited closet space and a couple of additions that posed issues for balancing a system. Don suggested right up front that I use a ducted system, although so did one other contractor, whose price for such a system was almost 2/3 again what Don's proposal ended up being. In fact, the ductless system with a pair of two-ton units was less expensive than a system that would have used ducted for the main part of the house. The advantage here in the way of efficiency and also that it allows me to heat with an economical heat-pump that I can zone room by room which means that the over all cost will be made up in my heat bills and provide air conditioning as well. If you have an option my advice is to look at this ductless system called mini splits, it is the future because of the ability to only heat and cool the rooms you want rather than squandering energy on areas not used all the time.
