Albright's did a very good job with the installation of my new (replacement) heat pump. Bob, Senior, really knows what he is doing.

They did a follow-up visit with what was thought to be a necessary duct cleaning. Rudy and Justin said they wanted to first go into my crawl space and look at my duct work. Their examination allowed them to determine that my air-flow problem was not dirty ducts but ducts that had been crimped by the insulation people when my house was built. They were able to move the insulation, uncrimp my ducts and solve my problem. It's rare these days when you find technicians who can think on their own and solve a problem!
