Used them for 3 years. Overall a good experience. It started a little bumpy since my tankless water heater is a bit of tricky and they could not fixed in the first 5 or 6 visits. Eventually I had to install a new water heater with them. I was frustrated during that period of course. But the company has been patient and also very reasonable in terms of finding a final solution of my problem. Plus they honored every words they promised at the beginning, a rare virtue to be found in many other businesses.
