I phoned Affordable, and found their pricing to be much better and someone could come to my home in a reasonable amount of time. Plumbing specialist Kurt Hill explained the problem clearly. He informed me that there was a recall on the part that needed replacement which the other plumber had not done. This saved me money, which I appreciated. When the part arrived, he installed it quickly and efficiently.
I will definitely call Affordable in the future.
