Aff Svc installed faulty A/C unit on our home. It produces loud, very uncomfortable, vibrating hum. They also did not inform us the new unit would be 18" taller than unit being replaced. We live on steep hill and this unit is very visible to all neighbors, who are not pleased with our new smokestack of an A/C. We are trying to work with Aff Svc to rectify situation though now they want to charge us another $3500-$5500 to change out. We've already paid over $13000! Now we cannot get Aff Svc, Noah Howland, to respond to our communication.
