It was a great experience with Blinds Shade and Shutter Factory. They were just very good. We went in to look at their products and they were very helpful and responsive. They gave us good advice on the different types of shades they had to offer, which helped us choose the one that met our needs. We picked what we liked and they made an appointment to come out and measure our windows. That was done very promptly. When the shades came in, they were also very quick to schedule a crew to come out and do the installation. Their installers were very professional and competent and they did a wonderful job. The whole thing was very stressfree. The shades look beautiful. It wasn't cheap, I have to say. But I'm very happy with the end result.
