Would recommend this service with and without a contract!
Sunday at noon our AC stopped cooling. One-hour showed up 20 minutes later, and 10 minutes after that had diagnosed and replaced a faulty capacitor. After discussing pricing and discounts due to a service agreement, our tech was able to come up with a price that worked for us and a basic service plan to keep us going in the future. Even without the agreement, the pricing for a weekend callout was only $40 more than a regularly scheduled weekday appointment. Would recommend this service with and without a contract.
