I have now been impressed twice by the service I have received from the technicians at Folkes. Kurt made time in his very busy schedule the day we were anticipating a severe winter storm after we woke with no heat. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thoroughly fixed the problem with our heating system. I was so impressed that I signed up for a service contract with the company. As part of this contract, Danny B. came out to service the AC system. He not only did that but fixed a problem with the wiring of one of the thermostats, making the AC more efficient. Danny was pleasant and patient, explaining the system to me so I could better understand. I recommend Folkes for service to everyone!
