I have been a resident at MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care for about nine months. They're not perfect but they try very hard to make sure everything is right. There are so many of us but they are attentive and caring. The girls are are very sweet. Of course, their personalities are different. Some are dears and would do anything to make sure you're comfortable. With others, you have to ask. Sometimes that can be difficult. But I do admit that is rare. It's not perfect here but any place that's not home is imperfect. But I look around and I see my friends and I know that they can't be living alone, as I can't be either. I'm awfully glad that places like this exist for the elderly in America. I do attend their meetings and when I run into them in the hallways, I always speak up and tell them what I think they need to improve and change. They are very receptive and they try to make the changes that make things work better for me.
