Overall, I would have no problem recommending MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care to others, because I think we've been quite pleased with their service. In general, I would say that the facility is well-run and my mother is well taken care of. One thing that I think they could improve upon, though, would be communication. This is because I know that my mother has some confusion, and she doesn't always believe that they've cleaned her room. I've talked to them about this, because I believe they have been cleaning, but I think it would help if they left a dated note when they did it, so she would have something to hold on to for proof. They've left notes, but they're not dated so aren't really enough to set her at ease. It's a small thing, definitely, but it matters a lot to her and that's why I mention it here. Everything else has been very pleasant.
