I think Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is very quick to respond when you call them at the last minute. They have proven themselves to be dependable. I have used them a few times and this last visit went well, as did the ones prior. I would definitely recommend them. The technician came out to repair a clogged sink and garbage disposal. He met with my wife and showed up on time and was very courteous--no issues. The techs from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are always knowledgeable. I plan on using them again when I have the need.
