The Service Technician that came out with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great, he figured out where our problem was and had the parts on his truck to fix it with. We were doing some home renovation and punctured a gas line in our house. I called around and couldn't find anyone to come out or they would come out but they didn't carry the parts on their trucks. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone who has a repair needed, especially if it is an emergency repair and I will definitely use them again. They were at my home in a little over an hour repairing our gas line and best of all they had all the parts with them and were able to fix it right away. This was very important to us because it was a very cold day and we really needed our heat back on. The tech knew what he was doing and was very careful to check the repair after he finished to make sure we had no other problems. They turned a bad experience into a quick, perfect repair.
