Had an intermittant blockage in large section soil pipe (like an on/off valve). Power snake with cutter got good flow going, thoroughly tested. Several days later, slow-flow started recurring; BenFranklin honored their 30 day warranty, and re-snaked the same segment. No problem, since (knock wood). I'm guessing the snake folded some matter to the pipe walls, first time. The second block was near where the first was broken up (I could hear the resistance on the snake and see the distance, both occasions). The plumber (George) was courtious, wore shoe covers inside, cleaned up after the work, and cheerfully tolerated my watching and occasional questions.
