We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 3 times this year. The first time was to fix the kitchen sink, the second a house inspection, and the third to fix a leaking pipe. Their services have been great and the repairman has been the same for all three. I appreciate that because he now knows the house well. I also like that he just recommends services but doesn't push them, and he is very informative and professional. Their pricing is good and our contract with them definitely makes it worth it. I can always get ahold of someone in the office, but sometimes it does take a few days to get someone out.
