Mr. Verschoore went above and beyond by contacting the installer to follow up on a repair they had done last year on the currently defective part. He also spent additional time with a problem I brought to his attention with the AC unit after he got here. This additional time plus turning on the furnace helped to thaw the coils so he could recharge the unit saving us from packing up to go to a motel until return visit could be set up. So grateful. He is a true asset.
