We were unable to be at home when repairs were done but that didn't seem to matter. Mike was our tech man and he was awesome. He replaced the water heater and did a wonderful job with the installation of the new water heater. He communicated with me throughout the entire job. He was very professional. I was unable to meet him at the completion of the job due to my husband being in the hospital, so TMI just mailed me a bill. Nice. Thanks for making it a hassle free problem for us.
