Service Tech was knowledgeable and obviously very skilled at his trade.

My only complaint is that the technician was late for the appointment. I had to call office. Another tech was dispatched promptly causing only minor delays.

Price for the work was competitive and clearly communicated before the job was started. Excellent job of cleaning up the work area. Tech provided explanation of the operation and features of the water heater before leaving.
