I have used TMI for several plumbing problems. Their knowledge led to fixing a major problem that had been ongoing for years that our old plumber couldn't understand. While relining the pipes Tom noticed the hot water heater was not sounding right and sure enough part of the element was out. Recently replacing a rusted outside gas line from the meter Tom greeted me and commented on seeing me after 2 years and ask how his previous repairs were doing. The follow up with a hand written thank you note for using TMI is a nice caring touch. Being on time for the appointment, respectful and courteous, and
