The techs that came to install our new hot water heater and look at our fan were amazing! They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing and electrical. We purchased our hot water heat and install from Lowes. The only complaint we have is about that process. 1) The tech didn’t even know he was coming for a Lowes install. 2) He didn’t have the proper paperwork to complete the assessment. 3) He didn’t know the process of a Lowes install. We had to call Lowes directly to find out what needed to take place. The tech was very professional and apologetic the whole time, and he was trying his absolute best. It was very apparent that he was not properly trained on how to complete the task at hand. This process would have been way easier if the tech was trained on how to complete a Lowes install.
