I will give credit where credit is due, they run a good operation. The response was quick, they obviously use good technology to schedule and keep customers informed, and they seem to be professional. However, I had them check on a tenants AC unit that was freezing up. The technician was quick to arrive, however, once he arrived he diagnosed the unit as having very dirty coils. He said at a minimum they would have to be cleaned to get the unit running, but he recommended replacing the whole system. The system is not nearly old enough to warrant replacement, especially and solely on the basis of dirty coils (overselling). When I asked the price on replacement, it was astronomically higher than any other repair service, almost insultingly high, especially for such a small unit. Then, when he gave the price to clean the coils, he tried to make the process sound much more complicated and elaborate than it actually was (I guess to try to butter you up for the ridiculous price that follows) and the price was absolutely positively the most absurd thing I have ever heard in my life. They wanted a flat fee of one third of the cost of replacement (which also was ridiculously priced) to simply clean the coils. Probably in an effort to get someone to opt to just have it replaced (again, overselling). They would be far better off just giving fair and honest pricing and advice for their services, rather than trying to rip everyone off.
