Service employee was very prompt in replying to our call for help but could not fix the problem because part needed was not in stock...had to order. This was on Thursday 18th of April. Closed on Friday. Monday called to get follow up on part. Receptionist said that part was ordered and should be in tomorrow or next day. Felt like she was inconvenienced by my call and was rather abrupt with I tried to have conversation with her about getting part in quicker.
