I have been using Doug's Service Company for years and years. My most recent experience with Doug's Service Company was over some discrepancies in the readings between two thermostats, but I have used them for numerous jobs, and routine maintenance.They are an extremely proficient company. I am retired from building vessels, anywhere from 60 feet to 350 feet long, so I have to be knowledgeable about the technical and mechanical aspects of things. I have dealt with HVAC contractors all over the world, and I am not one to lavish praise when it is undeserved. So, when I say that Doug's Service Company has never compromised on either quality or reliability, I mean just that.

They also maintain a consistently high quality among their employees. I know this, because when they come out I will bait them with questions I already know the answers to. And, I see the same technicians over and over which means their turnover rate is low. That tells me the company is paying a good wage and keeping good people. And that the company is a quality company.

When they come out to do my routine maintenance checkups, they charge about $89, and I know they put that much into the job in man hours. They do not pad the bill with unnecessary work. In addition, they are friendly, clean and courteous. Their response time is usually immediate. Very pleased with that. Their workers are productive. I can highly recommend Doug's Service Company with absolutely no hesitation.
