Excellent education on mold and mildew I growing inside unit. Service technician was courteous and explained our problems and also took pictures of the upstairs unit. He came down and he and my husband inspected the mold and mildew problem. He was thorough in explaining our problem and what work would resolve the situation.
EXCELLENT! Would really like a better understanding of how the mold and mildew presented itself as we have s service agreement with Doug’s and y’all were here in July! How does this grow and will it return? He fixed the problem by installing 3 mildew detergents. At the cost of approximately $3200.00! I would like a copy of my invoice as he did not write one for me. Thanks! I just would like a better explanation as to how this grows and how FAST it grows. ALSO IF YOU COULD email the pictures of the unit in my attic. I certainly will show them to friends and maybe send you some additional customers! Thx!
