Doug's installed my home generator and offered me a Maintenance Agreement, which I purchased. They come annually to inspect and service it and their technicians are always on time, polite and very informative. Ryan Melancon was the tech who came this year and he too was very professional and pleasant to speak to. He made sure I was satisfied with his work and thanked me for allowing Doug's to provide me this service!
