Called out Metro Energy Services for a Summer maintenance check on our AC system. And thankfully we did. After being in our home for only a year we had noticed some minor differences in the way our unit had been running. Herbert, the technician, did a wonderful and thorough job of checking things out and found our capacitor was bad along with a coil and that we were down a full gallon if freon. Herbert took the time to show us the output of a health capacitor vs ours, in plain language along with showing us the meter. I'm sure he stayed longer than he thought he would but he got us fixed up right away and didn't try to upsell us anything. He was so friendly the kids wanted to invite him to stay for supper. If Herbert is the face of Metro Energy Services, then they are doing something right. The only ding I give MES is not calling 30 minutes prior to heading out as promised and the fact Herbert only had one filter our size on his truck when I had told the appointment take we had two. But, beyond that, we think we could not have made a better choice than MES.
