I had a 11 year old garbage disposal that developed a leak so I purchased a new high quality disposal but did not have the time to do the install myself. I sure wish I had. I participate in the Oliver service program so get a 10% discount and while the service was provided on a timely basis, the installation was incredibly expensive AND the first time I used the sink after the Oliver tech left, there was a leak in the line. Oliver sent another tech out the next day and he told me I had a leak in my supply line and did not have the part to fix it. It cost me another $90! No follow up call from Oliver or anything! I am so done with this company
