I did not renew my service contract yet continue to get billed month after month. I’ve made multiple calls to resolve the issue and have yet to receive a return phone call. This is 4 or 5 months of bank drafts for a service I canceled. Just prior to covid, one of our heaters was disconnected at Oliver’s recommendation. There was never any follow up and the heater remains disconnected/unrepaired as fall approaches. I would NOT recommend Oliver.
