This took place during COVID-19. The technician was fine. The pricing is RIDICULOUS. Basically, they are looking to take EVERY penny they can. (Even during a global emergency). $89 just to arrive to location. Diagnosed as: "LOW WATER CUTOFF DISABLED THE SYSTEM. I FILLED THE BOILER TO 15 PSI AND IT CAME ON". (Otherwise known as turning a valve one way, and then another - 30 seconds of service max). Cost for this service: $108. Asked about having a programmable thermostat installed. Quoted $432 for customer provided thermostat installation. This was completed on our own in about 15 minutes. We do NOT recommend Oliver HVAC of Morton based on excessive pricing!!!
