My husband and I are very pleased with the service that Oliver provides. We have been with them for several years. We have a service contract for tune-ups on both system’s twice a year.
The only complaint I have is when we purchased a new furnace from Oliver the crew had to take insulation out around the furnace to get to it. They did not put it back. The furnace is in the attic which has an entry with main staircase.
However, it is very cold in the attic so the four by fours that were created for the purpose of putting insulation in between that surrounds the furnace needs to be insulated to work up to capacity. The insulation was thrown all around the unfinished flooring so we had to go and buy more to put up ourselves.
I was Always taught do to others as you would want done to you!
