We have been using Oliver for Years and have always been pleased with the quality of the work and the service. Unfortunately, I will be looking for someone new for my heating and cooling needs, plumbing and electrical. I recently had some plumbing work done and was shocked at the cost. $450.00 to fix a leak in the shut off valves for my outdoor water. I also got an estimate to put in four lights and a fan in a bedroom. It was over $1000 more than another estimate from a very reliable competitor. Please do not contact me about renewing any contracts, and cancel any that remain.
