Once I talked to David Oliver I had the problem taken care of. Very poor help when you just call the company number.
When you call the Oliver number you speak to one person, tell her why you called and then she send you to another person and you repeat why you called. It is impossible to get an answer about what the contract I paid for covers. Fortunately David answered all my questions.
