I would NOT recommend Springfield

They demolition my home sept 24 and it is still to this day not been touched, aside from many issues alone this caused havoc on my kids (4yo. Autistic and 14 yo). I am also a disabled mother with auto immune and rumatoid arthritis and my daughter has heart issues.
They were suppose to come and move us out of one home because I learns that renovation companies do that and my step dad ( who was living with us at the time because he was there to help me and my kids) had a stroke at one of the Airbnb‘s that we stayed at, he was the one that was moving all our stuff.
They had five days to plan and when I spoke to them Friday, they mentioned nothing about being a short on any type of Manpower because of lack of time to plan, in fact, they use this as an excuse, even though the excuse prior to that was “ oh well your insurance company said they would only cover X amount of dollars so depend depending on where you go it may not be within that range” even though they knew that I had an ALE and HAD to be out of the Airbnb by 11 am and State Farm was required to pay whatever the cost was regardless because of the ALE.
I’m very familiar with the construction company worker aspect construction companies are very unpredictable on their day-to-day tasks and often they have to leave one worksite to go to another. It’s a very frequent thing. It would’ve taken them an hour and a half tops maybe to move everything that was already packed up and ready to go and at the door for them to the other Airbnb. We even had a confirmed location set for if we couldn’t find one in time, which was our home. But they never showed up for us. I’m a domestic violence victim as well because of the failures of this company I have had to frequently rely on the person that I should not have had involved in my life because I have no family, no friends and no resources, because of all the stress from being out of the home for already five months, it caused a lot more stress between the person, and I who I should not have been around, and it resulted in me ending up in the hospital after having my head bashed into a wall multiple times, one being infront of a stud. This was right after the company dropped me because I didn’t have money for the deductible. Even though according to my insurance company, they were paid several thousand dollars in overpayment that they could’ve applied to the deductible. They also failed to bring up the deductible to me until they were ready to start rebuilding. Now because of my injuries from what recently has happened, I know how to find a new reconstruction company.
They had no business demolishing my home so early leaving us displaced for half a year almost.

They also blocked my main Facebook in preparation of this info being leaked .. can you say GUILTY !?
