Springfield Restoration & Remodeling has always been excellent in its work. I had them over the years do smaller jobs, and they have always, always done an excellent job. For this last job, they sub-contracted out for the painting portion of the job. The sub-contractor was tasked to paint my pergola. They did not pressure wash it prior to painting. They also did not get the top of the beams painted. They only painted what would be seen. I contacted Springfield, and they were very quick to come back and correct that issue. During this entire job, Springfield had to come back out a total of three times to fix painting issues. My complaint is not with them but with their sub-contractor. It is my opinion that they need to get a new sub-contractor. Springfield, on the other hand, was excellent and excellent in taking care of the issues that the sub-contractor left.
